Olivia Smith is a Client Service Manager with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently provides support and relationship management to high-net-worth individuals, using her strong problem-solving skills to ensure seamless service and build lasting client relationships. She currently holds her life license and is actively pursuing additional credentials to further and expand her expertise.
Before joining CFG, Olivia served in New Business Case Management at a leading brokerage firm, where she supported over 50 advisors. Her career also includes key roles at Pacific Life and other respected brokerage firms, where she further developed her knowledge and expertise within the industry.
An Arizona native, Olivia lives in Scottsdale with her husband, James, and their two children Jameson and Oakley. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her kids’ sporting events and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
