Avery Steves, Client Service Analyst
Madeline “Avery” Steves serves as a Client Service Analyst, bringing a dedicated approach to supporting client needs and ensuring smooth operations. Originally from Austin, Texas, Avery relocated to Scottsdale in March 2025.
Avery is a proud graduate of Texas State University, where she studied Personal Finance. Her academic background laid a strong foundation in financial planning, client relationships, and industry best practices; skills that continue to shape her approach to client service today.
This role at Cohn Financial Group marks the exciting beginning of Avery’s professional career and she has quickly found a strong sense of belonging within the team. Avery values the collaborative culture and commitment to excellence that define Cohn Financial Group.
Avery’s experience includes two impactful summer sales internships at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where she developed a deep understanding of client relations and business development in one of the largest insurance brokerage companies in the U.S. Currently, she is actively pursuing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, reflecting a continued dedication to educational growth within the financial industry.
Outside of work, Avery enjoys taking in the breathtaking Arizona sunsets, exploring new places around the Scottsdale area, and spending quality time with friends and family. A creative at heart, she also plays guitar and writes music in her free time. This balance of professional drive and personal passion makes Avery a motivated and trusted member of the Cohn Financial Group team.
